What people experience as stress, depends on one ’s own personality. Not always must stress therefore be perceived as negative stress. But an ongoing level of stress always lead to physical discomfort and a change of mind.

To understand how I can counteract the level stress, I need to understand where the stress has its origin. Therefore in stress management, to get the full picture, the environment along and in addition to one ’s self and one ’s own body is considered and analysed.

Merely bay considering the full picture suitable methods for long-term stress management can be identified.
