Whether in the local party or in the community group, the daily challenges in the communities are diverse. The community citizens are not aware of the enormous diversity of work in a community, but they require that the work is done in their favor and their own community will be further developed. The challenge of communal work is therefore to act strategically in terms of community citizens.

But that is often more difficult than initially assumed. The active people are an unequal team, with different experiences in municipal work and manifold strengths and weaknesses.
